 Hi! I am Dr. Jen

You + your little ones deserve a provider who listens and takes action—no more "wait and see" when you're seeking answers.

I’m here to be just that.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pediatric specialist, and certified birth + postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting mamas and their littles.

With over 15 years of experience, I created Carry To Crawl Physical Therapy + Wellness to offer the kind of connected, whole-person care I found missing in traditional settings.

Meet Dr. Jen Lynch | Founder of Carry To Crawl Physical Therapy + Wellness

My background spans pelvic health, pediatric rehab, early intervention, and orthopedic care - but it was the perinatal season that truly called to me. I believe that when a mother is thriving, her baby thrives too.

Through personalized, in-home care, my mission is to help women feel empowered, supported, and truly seen - from pregnancy through postpartum, and as their little ones grow.
